Folding flag base which can be attached to the ground. Suitable for hard soils (asphalt, concrete, gravel, hard soil).

Rotating spindle (diameter 17mm) provides better mobility and stability of the flag.

Holes at end of the support leg allow for pegging to soft ground. The base can be neatly packed for convenient transport.
